Statistics by Chengdu Customs show that for the first 6 months of this year, the total import and export of Chengdu recorded 392.56 billion RMB, up by 9.2%, accounting for 80%of the province’ total. This growth rate is 0.3% higher than that of the whole province. 前不久，易明半导体以在线方式向成都海关提交了原产地证书申请，短短几分钟，便拿到了中国—厄瓜多尔自贸协定原产地证书。得益于成都海关推出的优化营商环境25条举措，高效的审批效率为货物出口节省了不少时间。

Recently, E-Lite Semiconductor Inc. filed an application online for the Certificate of Origin with Chengdu Customs. Within a few minutes, it managed to obtain the Certificate of Origin of China-Ecuador Free Trade Agreement. The 25 measures rolled out by Chengdu Customs to improve business environment make the review and approval for export of goods more efficient and less time-consuming.

据了解，凭借这份原产地证书，易明半导体的这批货物可以在厄瓜多尔少缴1.5%的关税。企业负责人介绍，中厄自贸协定实施之后，成都海关专门对公司进行了自贸协定政策宣讲，介绍中厄自贸协定，以及原产地证书智能审核、自助打印等措施，这无疑是对企业出海之路的有力支持。

It is understood that with this certificate of origin, this batch of goods exported to Ecuador by E-Lite can be granted 1.5% exemption of Customs duties. A leading executive of the company said that as the China-Ecuador Free Trade Agreement took effect, Chengdu Customs carried out education campaign on FTA policies for companies, introducing the agreement, intelligent verification of the certificate, and self-service printing, etc. These are, without doubts, solid support to companies expanding business overseas.
